“Going for Diamond!” and Other BS Goals for 2019

With the new year upon us, most agency owners are charting out their list of goals for the coming year. For most, these goals are a list of things they'd "like" to happen. It is more like a wishlist than a strategically driven set of success markers.

It can be easy to grab shinny goals like "Going for Diamond!" or "Hit $50,000 a month!" and make them your rallying cry, but Gray and Andrew caution you to think deeply about that goals you select. Goals drive your activity.

Make sure you're focusing on the key things that matter most, the essential things that when accomplished will turn your "wishlist" into a list of much welcomed side effects.
